Give me Soft Shell Crab anyday!

Writing a brief whilst watching MasterChef Professionals making fresh crab salad using white and brown meat from the main body of the crab only.

Two observations:

  1. Dead man's fingers?? what's that all about? not only do they look gross but they're poisonous?
  2. Wow what a waste of meat!

Give me soft shell crab from Roka or Yauatcha anyday!
